“Full Throttle”

In preparing for Century 21 Triangle Group’s 2017 agents annual meeting, franchise owners Stephen Votino and Dan Nicely wanted something special to celebrate the company’s outstanding performance in 2016. The Triangle-based real estate agency is known for its high-tech realty office in North Hills, and the prized focal point there is a Harley-Davidson Triumph perched high on the inside balcony. The owners decided to upgrade to the latest Triumph model, and they reached out to Group3 Communications to unveil the new motorcycle and get agents revved up for the coming year.

Capitalizing on Century 21 Triangle Group’s new two-wheeled addition, Group3 launched the theme “Full Throttle” to motivate agents to drive hard to meet their 2017 sales goals. The Raleigh marketing agency designed a custom brand identity for the “Full Throttle” sales campaign, and they produced a one-minute video to be broadcast at the event and used on social media. The video was written, directed, filmed and edited by the Group3 team.
