Cameron Village

Cameron Village, the Triangle’s oldest upscale shopping destination, attracts consumers from across the state. In 2003, Atlanta-based owner Branch Properties decided the village needed a fresh, fun, updated identity to match its façade renovation that was underway. The new logo was introduced featuring the CV ligature that forms a subtle stylized tree. The outdated royal blue color scheme was replaced with a sophisticated color palette. And the tagline “Live a little. Shop a lot” was introduced.

Group3’s scope of worked also included demographic research and focus group testing, the development of a strategic marketing plan, and application of the brand to an entirely new web site, print collateral, outdoor signage and directory maps. The brand helped re-affirm Cameron Village as one of the premier shopping destinations in the Triangle and supported the sale of the center in 2004, with the sellers realizing a substantial return on investment.
